When to Contact Us
We encourage you to complete the form below if you or an organization with which you are involved has experienced conduct such as:
Discrimination in hiring, promotion, termination, compensation, professional opportunities, or other terms of employment;
Denial of reasonable accommodations for Jewish religious observance, including the Sabbath, holidays, dietary requirements, prayer, or religious dress;
Antisemitic harassment, intimidation, threats, retaliation, or hostile treatment in the workplace, a professional setting, housing, a business relationship, or another public or private setting;
Exclusion from employment, professional associations, programs, services, facilities, business opportunities, or other benefits because of Jewish identity or affiliation;
Unequal or discriminatory treatment of a Jewish organization, institution, business, or event;
Retaliation for reporting antisemitism, requesting a religious accommodation, opposing discriminatory conduct, or otherwise asserting legal rights;
Discriminatory denial of housing, services, access, contracts, or other opportunities; or
Other conduct that you believe may have targeted you or another person or entity because of Jewish identity, religious practice, communal affiliation, or connection to Israel.

How The Lawfare Project May Help
Depending on the facts and circumstances, The Lawfare Project may:
Review the situation and assess whether legal or other action may be available;
Advise on possible ways to document, report, or respond to the conduct;
Communicate with an employer, business, organization, government entity, or other relevant party on the affected person's behalf;
Assist with complaints to government agencies;
Coordinate with other attorneys or organizations already involved; or
Pursue litigation or other legal action when appropriate.
The Lawfare Project will not contact another party, submit a complaint, take legal action, publicize a matter, or otherwise act on anyone’s behalf without the necessary authorization and consent.
We endeavor to assist as many people as possible, but our resources are limited and we cannot accept every request we receive. Submitting a request does not guarantee representation or other assistance.
