From Inside the White House on a Historic Day
Dear Friends,
Earlier this week, I had the honor of being invited by President Trump to the White House for a ceremony unveiling the administration's vision for an Israeli-Palestinian peace agreement.

Standing alongside Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, President Trump recounted some of his pro-Israel accomplishments since taking office 3 years ago:
While the plan is far from perfect, it represents a historic milestone in that the U.S. government is acknowledging Israel's legal authority over at least parts of Judea and Samaria.
As a matter of legal truth and historical accuracy, any discussion of a "Two-State Solution" that is not premised on the fact that the State of Israel has sovereign legal title—and is thus permitted to assert sovereignty over all the territories of the land of Israel/Palestine (as defined in the Mandate for Palestine, July 24, 1922)—is fundamentally false.
Because of the Anglo-American Convention (December 3, 1924), the United States assented to the terms of the Mandate for Palestine and agreed that Palestine would never be partitioned to create an Arab state.

Further, and contrary to popular belief, the United Nations is not a world legislature and there is no article in the UN Charter that gives either the Security Council or the General Assembly the power to create a new Islamic state of Palestine. Article 80 of the UN Charter preserves intact all the rights granted to the Nation of Israel/Jewish people under the Mandate for Palestine, and the UN does not possess any sovereign rights over the land of Israel.
Although still not perfect, the Trump peace plan most closely approaches the truth of any diplomatic proposal to date.
