At the behest of a "State of Palestine" (which doesn't even exist), the ICC's Prosecutor wants to open an investigation into the "Situation in Palestine" and prosecute Israelis (who are neither members of the ICC nor subject to its jurisdiction) for alleged war crimes. In March, The Lawfare Project filed a submission with the ICC, arguing that the court lacks jurisdiction and therefore cannot investigate or adjudicate these meritless, biased and politically-motivated claims against Israel.
